Delete your Sermovo account

Deleting your account permanently removes your conversations, corrections and progress. They can’t be recovered.

In the app

  1. Open Sermovo and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

If you can’t get into the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”. So we can find your account:

  • if you linked Apple or Google, send it from the email address of that account;
  • if you didn’t, include the user ID shown in the app’s Settings screen.

We’ll verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile (goal, level, settings, record of your AI consent)
  • Conversation transcripts, correction cards and summaries
  • Mistake statistics, progress, streak and usage records
  • Your customer record with our subscription provider (RevenueCat)

Voice recordings are never stored, so there are none to delete. Copies in backups expire within 30 days. Apple’s and Google’s own purchase records are governed by their policies.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account doesn’t stop a store subscription. Before or after deleting, cancel it in the App Store under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
